Have you ever felt so emotionally low that it's challenging to see the positive things around you?

It has happened to me, more than once, and sometimes for an extended period. That's why creating this piece has been part of my therapy process, turning this small phrase into a mantra I say to myself with love. I acknowledge my effort and love the life I've built.

My intention is for it to be passed on to someone who sees in it the love for their own life.
